Park concert
The bluegrass group Mountain Heart will visit the Cuyahoga Valley National Park on Friday.
The acoustic concert will be at 8 p.m. at the Happy Days Lodge off state Route 303 west of state Route 8 in Boston Heights.
The Nashville-based group is known for its rock, country, blues, jazz, folk and bluegrass.
The group, formed in 1999, has released seven albums and made more than 130 appearances on the Grand Ole Opry stage.
The band members are Josh Shilling on lead and harmony vocals, piano, organ and guitar; Aaron Ramsey on mandolin, guitar and vocals; Seth Taylor on guitar; Jeff Partin on guitar, dobro and vocals; and Molly Cherryholmes on fiddle and vocals.
Tickets are $23 for adults and $7.50 for children 3 to 12.

Rock photos
Cleveland-based photographer Janet Macoska and her rock ’n’ roll photos will be in the spotlight on Thursday.
She will present her rock-filled photos and behind-the-scenes stories from 7 to 9 p.m. when the Cuyahoga Valley Photographic Society meets at the Happy Days Lodge off state Route 303 in Boston Heights.
A book of her photographs was recently released.
